2. Definitions

4. Orders & Contract Formation

Orders are placed online by completing the checkout process.

A contract is formed once payment has been accepted and the order is dispatched.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Delivery costs are included unless specified.
Payment is taken at the point of order via secure payment providers.
If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed or cancel.

6. Delivery

Standard handling time is typically 2–3 working days.
Delivery is normally completed within 7 working days but may take up to 30 days.
Large items require specialist logistics and scheduled delivery.
You must ensure safe access for delivery; failed deliveries may incur charges.
Risk passes to you once delivery is completed or signed for.

7. Cancellation & Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

Goods must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Collection charges may apply (from £25 up to £200 depending on size/weight).
Bespoke or made-to-order items are excluded.

8. Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

You are responsible for return costs.
Items must be returned in resaleable condition.
Refunds are processed after inspection.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Photographic evidence is required.
We may offer replacement parts, replacement items, or a refund.

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5 working days after approval.

9. Missing or Incorrect Items

Any shortages or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Missing parts must be reported within 7 days.
Items assembled before inspection may not be eligible for refund.

10. Product Descriptions & Images

Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
Images are for illustration only; colours and finishes may vary slightly.
Manufacturers may change model names or cosmetic details without notice.

11. Guarantees & Product Care

Teak furniture does not carry a fixed warranty due to natural characteristics.
Minor cracking or movement in wood is normal and not a defect.
Manufacturer warranties apply where stated.
Weather-related damage or misuse is excluded.

12. Trade & Resale Purchases

Items purchased for trade or resale are classed as trade-to-trade transactions.
Consumer protections do not apply to trade purchases.

13. Privacy, Cookies & Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection law.

14. Intellectual Property
